Born in 1953 in Budapest, graduated from the Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 1976, worked for the Csiky Gergely theatre in Kaposvar in 1977, as the scenic artist for the Sate Puppet Theatre in 1978 and became assistant to Ivan Koos and Lili Orszag.
In 1980 she won a scholarship at the Banff School of Fine Ats in Canada and attended the Joseph Svoboda Master’s Course. Between 1991 and 1993, she lived in Montreal teaching set design at Concordia University and the National Theatre School of Canada, where she teaches a course entitled 'The Spiritual Language of Space' until this day. She has worked for many Canadian Theatres.
Between 1994 and 2002 she is the designer for the National Theatre in Gyor. She was awarded the Jaszai Mari prize in 2001, Fonix Award, 2006, Hevesi Sandor prize, 2008, World Stage Design, Silver Prize, 2009.
In 2002. she won her Doctor of Liberal Arts Degree and since then has been the director for the Scenic Arts Department ath the Hungarian University of Fine Arts
She won the awards for best studio performance in 1995 and 1996 (Hamlet, Macbeth), th ebest scenic photography in 1997 (Rigoletto) and second place at the 2002 Critic’s Awards for Otello and Fair Ladies.
She participates at the group-exhibitions of the guild.
She is the curator for the exhibitions of the school, from 2003 each year.
She was the curator of the school exhibition at the 2003 and 2007 Prague Quadriennale.
She participated as designer at the 1995, 2003 PQ.
